He has been instrumental to relocate the entire Copper Leach SX-EW plant from Mount Gordon Australia to D R Congo and successfully accomplished challenge to identify & source refurbishment, servicing and procuring spares of major equipment like Cathode stripping machine, Australian make PBC, Sand filters, Thickeners, Horizontal Belt Filters, EOT crane, Spintek filters, Acid plant blowers, Rectifier, and other Leach SX EW equipments. In addition to these equipments missing links like DM water plant, Lab equipment including ICP, Piping & valves, supporting structure & pipe rack structure along with structural detailing was sourced and plant was commissioned successfully.

To enhance production capacity and efficiency at mines in D R Congo, Mr. Divyesh spearheaded planning, purchasing, negotiating services / contract up to commissioning of projects like installation of 18 mtr diameter CCDs for solid-liquid separation, Addition of Horizontal Belt Filter for Preleach function, Installation of 11 KV Transmission line including upgrading Electrical sub-station to ensure power availability at mine, Additional 500TPD Sulphuric acid plant and managing EPC for Concentrators (Heavy Media Separation Plants) with companies like Bateman and DRA.

His vide experience also include successful management of OPEX items such as Reagents, Chemicals and Engineering items at remote mine site with development of cost effective sourcing solutions by identifying and developing a dedicated and alternate vendor source, Effective handling of Logistics & Expediting issues, Technology adaptation / Detail Engineering for Copper and Cobalt solvent extraction & electro winning plant.

In addition to sourcing, he successfully handled project financing techno-commercial audits from Bankers appointed agencies like RPM (Runge Pincock Minarco) and Turnberry Projects for obtaining Project financing for Copper Leach-SX-EW Project.
